There seems to be a technical problem with the video player on Xfinity website, particularly when I play Cosmos the Spacetime Odysessy. I have tried to contact you by phone but I keep gettting transfered to another department but yet I haven't reached the right one. This has occurred three days in a row.The video would play half way through but it goes to a commercial break and then it says it will resume playing in a few minutes but it doesn't, the screen goes white with a small gray circle in the center with an exclamation mark in the middle. I have tried refreshing the page but it continues to do the same thing again, it plays half way through and then goes to a commercial break and it DOES NOT resume playing.
