Fargo

I can watch any Xfinity television show on my iPad Air and on my PC, with the exception of Fargo.  On the iPad, the error message is "Can't access content. User Not Authorized Error" and on the PC the error message is "This Video Cannot Be Played.  Sorry, Fargo S1/E1 "The Crocodile's Dilemna" is currently unavailable.  (Error 4008)"

Does anyone know what the problem is?
