Online vieo won't play

Dear Sir or Madam:

I bought the movie "Her" and each time I press play, I get an error message that says my request cannot be processed at this time and try again later. I have done this and nothing helps. It says to contact you if the problem persists, so I'm contacting you.

Suggestions?
