About 2 months ago every time I tried to watch FX Justified something would always happen. At first it would take a long time to load, much longer than any other program. Next the commercials would loop, I would sign out and close browser, than sign back in. This commercial loop problem started out on Loading FX than overtime it happened on most shows. Error 5062 message started coming up on FX and HBO. During this time I was having other issues with PC. Windows 7 64 bit was reinstalled and all hardware and software are up to date. Using current Firefox or IE browser and uninstalling than reinstalling Flash player I am still receiving the same Error 5062 message. What’s my next step so I can view online contact from your website?
