Ad blocker doesn't work

I want to block the ads, I don't want to watch them. That's why I installed the ad blocker, because I DO NOT WANT TO SEE THE ADS. 

Comcast/Hulu are literally demanding I enable the ads, but it's not going to happen. 

I am very close to cancelling my subscription. I can't use xfinity because apparently the 100$ a month I pay isn't enough for me to watch tv without ads.
