Hi, I've been using the XfinityTV app on my phone, and website on my laptop instead of a remote control for sometime, recently in the last couple of days it stopped being able to set channels on one of my devices e.g. when I click any of the "Watch Channel" button on the channel logo.
When I click, I get the regular messages, telling me that the request to tune the channel has been sent to the device etc. if I used the website, or showing that tuning happening on the app - but the device doesn't respond, and tuning no longer happens.

t happens on both on both the IOS app and website suggesting that something is up either with the device or the service. I've tried setting location from "Auto" to "King County Digital" - our service area
This was a great feature, please don't make me hunt for the remote.... Help!
