i keep getting the 'OOPS, NEED TO INSTALL FLASH PLAYER. i am on a surface which has windows 8.1. if i try to install flash player it tells me 8.1 comes with flash player so i do not need to install it. i have tried viewing it on desktop, i have even tried using a different browser. Is this what i pay > 300/month for, really!!!!! i have never had problems viewing anything else that uses flash player.
