I am an ENCORE subscriber which includes MOVIEPLEX in the lineup and today I discovered that I am locked out of ENCORE.online on the XFINITY site!
I called and after almost an hour on the phone with another useless rep,the problem is still not fixed.I AM STILL LOCKED OUT!
I want what I'm paying for whether I watch online or not! Comcast is only in the business of aggravating their customers,something they enjoy! I have contacted THE BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITES and they are looking into it.
Believe me,if ever another cable company comes to town like Optimum,Comcast will be history! I will get rid of them faster than a speeding bullet! COMCAST IS THE WORST!
