I sure would like to know why 2 nights in a row I had to be put on hold for unmanaged phone service?
The first time I waited 45+ minutes and hung up.
The 2nd time I am still waiting after 65 minutes and no answer.
I'm stunned they do not offer to take my number and call me back or even better - at a desired time the next day.
This company is a joke when it comes to customer service.
