I am so done with the rude customer service that Comcast has!!! I was without service for a week, rude customer service, and selling me a package deal telling me i would still have the same cable service add internet and phone.. What she didn't tell me was that my service would be just basic not the 140 channels that I had. I think I will be trying Dish in the near future!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have made aprox. 12 calls and each lasting from 30 minuutes to 2 hours. This is unacceptable.I really dont know how you intend on staying in business???????
