Why is my service out for 4-5 days when we have tech running around with nothing to do in our area this is twice for me in a month?

I have been out of a TV since Saturday night 1-16-2016 the lady informed me that I could call back in and maybe get another time that would be sooner to get my tvs back on line my appt is Thurs 21,2016 between 1-3pm.. Well it did not work. This is the second time within a month I have been out of a tv and it is always a 3- 4-5 day wait. The techs say they do not know why it is so long when they are not busy. The last time on Sunday afternoon I had three show up after my tech came they stopped by to help him.. Come on folks we need some service high tech city should be high tech cable that works and you can get someone to work on them in a fair time frame whether it is bascially or high dollar. The automation you have is poor never have enough options for some repairs. Comcast is in need of a reach out and touch person (live person)  and this paying a bill and working on your own equipment whoever heard of such. The call station I had  couple of weeks ago told me to take my boxes out and take them to the station downtown or they would send me an email as to how to fix my service. When they tore it up themselves from me asking one question about where is Pop channel?  I should not have to fix my service.. Nothing is never easy with Comcast now except when they want to sell you a new bundle. Would be nice to have some good programs that are not all detective programs or connect to blood and guts.. 

 

The lady did tell me to go to the Xfinity channel and watch tv on my computer better than nothing but not like my big screen. You want your bill on time or there is a late fee well we customers want out tvs to work on time too!! I am sure you can see that I am a bit put out. I have been a customer since 1990 here and this is the worst it has ever been and that is all we can get here is Comcast in our units. Satalites are becoming popular here now just hope I do not have to go to one of them. Seems as though when my programs come on that I like to watch the cable is off.. 

 

Does this seem fair to the customer? I sure hope things get better soon!! I am sure the tech's get tired of hearing the complaints!! Counting the days until Thursday it is getting cold here and now TV would be good to have!!
