Please help! Have regular cable, but no On Demand for over a week

Hello,

We can't get any On Demand programming.  Our cable works just fine.  We just got a new modem from Comcast.  Our cable box is about a year old.  DVR is working fine.  When we go into On Demand it says to call customer service and then says we are having an issue at the moment.  Please try selection again in a few minutes or try a different selection.  Well, no selections work.  It gives error code  ERR-0x0011.  We would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.
