For 3 years it has been a freeze frame about half the time. We cannot watch for months at a time. Presently have not been able to watch because there is no stream whatsoever. We click on watch and nothing happens. Other things on the page work but clicking watch does nothing. This just started hapening and we have not been able to watch fr the past couple of days.
Heya folks - trying to stream on my Mac laptop, but on Chrome I can only get as far as selecting the show from the On Demand list, and then I just get three dots forever with the name of the network.
I tried deleting all my browser settings, cache, and whatnot, as suggested in other posts, but that didn't help. It sounds like maybe someone at Comcast will need to delete all my stream devices so I can set them up again. I likely have a lot of them, because it seems like each browser and device combo fails in its own unique way. Very frustrating.

now, as soon as i go out of my house i cannot stream the love world cup matches, YET, I have been for the past week.
i am in the same town, and when i leave the house the message says:
to wat5ch WFXRD , you'll need to connect to your home wifi
"BROWSE TV GO"
if your away from home, you can browse Tv Go to watch anywhere.
what a load of rubbish xfinity ! there is nothing I want to see on TV Go infact TV GO should GO
I come to watch a world cup match and before I can event open it xfinity's spoiled the result in the title. Honestly boggles my mind how someone thought this was a good idea.

Just recently, trying to watch my DVR'd shows on anything other than a box is impossible. It always show a 60 min program with only 45 min total. While watching it will skip a few minutes ahead (Which makes up for the lost minutes). I can always watch the full program on my regular TV but sometimes I just can't 
Anything I can do to fix it? FYI, I have tried reseting and unplugging.
I recently purchased a roku stick and also activated my xfinity account, which includes Instant TV/Xfinity Stream. When I try to open Xfinity Stream, I get a message on my tv screen which states: You Haven't Purchased Anything. Unfortunately, you can't buy shows and movies on this app yet. But, if you have an xfinity tv box, you can buy there and watch here anytime.
What does this mean, and why would I have to purchase anything else when I already have the service?
How soon will this app be availible for Fire TV Stick, Fire TV or the new Fire TV Cube ?
Can you order movies on your laptop through the xfinity site?
With the unreasonable rates that Comcast charges for cable, why on earth would they REMOVE desirable features??????????

Just about any show I try to play away from home on xfinity stream gets me this error message: Error TVAPP-00406. I tried clearing my cookies and my cache, I tried 3 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge), I tried logging out and logging back in...
I thought it may just be a temporary bug that Comcast would fix, but it's now been 3 days. Any resolution??
The Xfintity TV Go channels freeze up on my Windows 10 laptop after 10-15 min unless I am on my home wi-fi. I have tried several wi-fi networks and a 4G hotspot. My laptop freezezes in minutes and stays frozen. I can watch the exact same xfinity channels on my smart phone with no issues.
I noticed a post on another forum that this issues was supposedly fixed? In point of fact it has gotten worse inthe past 4-6 weeks. The xfinity live channels freezing issue has gone from intermitent to constant. Making Xfinity live tv on my laptop useless.
I am certain it is the xfinity app in Widows 10 because I am able to use the same laptop to stream from other providers,netflix, britbox etc with no issues and no freeze.
Seriuosly, what am I paying comcast for if they cant provide a service that works?
I moved to a new address a while ago, and my old, inactive account is still linked to my login, along with my new one. The old account seems to be the "primary" when I sign into the web site or any xfinity app. How can I get this old account unlinked or deleted? Thanks!
