I am having the same problem. Xfinity needs to fix this or post what steps need to be done to get it working again.

Amazon video
It is my understanding that I only use the LG TV remote to turn on the TV and for volume control, all other selctions go through the Xfinity remote. That said, I am unable to access Amazon video streaming. It does not show up on the Apps. I can, however, access it with the LG remote by using the Amazon button but the streaming is interrupted due to low band width, etc. What is the solution?

How Do I Access My Old Scheduled Recordings of Shows That Don't Exist Anymore... to Delete Them?
Over the years, I've alwasy went online to look at the list of all of the shows I've scheduled to record. Over time, these shows either disappear or change their titles season to season, I like to clean out the ones I don't need. Apparently I'm no longer able to do this online, and I don't have the X1 system. How do I check all my old subscriptions and remove those that no longer apply (including those that are based on keywords that record stuff I don't want recorded)?

NETFLEX
I have called twice in reference to my Netflex account, in which I am active and enrolled. In which, I have not been able to use on the XF1 box. I have not heard nothing back from technical support team 2, repair. However, comcast has the worst customer service and followup up. I need to have this taken care as soon as possible. Or I will be canceling and switching service that I know can be cheaper as we..

Error code 3305 can’t watch DVR using Xfinity Stream or Download
Please read this:
A few days ago while out of state I was able to use my DVR features using Xfinity Stream app and then it stopped. I researched forums to no avail. I then contacted Xfinity support to find out how to fix it. They had me refresh my system as noted in the what to do’s if you get code 3305, they reset my access on my user name, they had me sign out and delete the Xfinity Stream app and get the app back and access it again. They had me jump through hoops that they already knew were not going to gain me access to my DVR or allow me to download saved shows.
...........I once again contacted Xfinity support today and spoke with another representative of Xfinity that said there are some legal issue with streaming and downloading that they are working on in the United States. They didn’t know when it will be resolved. I would have respected Xfinity if they had advised me the first time of a problem and that I wouldn’t be able to use these features we have paid for until the problem was resolved. I can see numerous comments from other Xfinity customers they too are struggling with no information given from Xfinity. Not happy with the customer service.

What to optimize on an older Alienware M17X (8 years old) laptop so I can Stream?
Can someone tell me what I need to optimize so I can receive streaming that is continuous, meaning, the audio is in sync with the video?
I'm running on an older Alienware M17X laptop, clean Windows 7 Pro 64-bit with 4GB RAM,
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T9600 @ 2.8HHz, and
NVidia GeForce 9400/GTX 260M.
It came standard in this configuration.
I'd really like to connect it to an old Sony TV via the Alienware internal 4 RCA plug outputs, so I can watch TV on a TV and not a PC when away from home?

Dvr streaming kuput!
Same problem : can not DVR any recorded programs on my phone. That was the "big"perk" considering the highbill & fleeting customer service. It is definitely A Comcast issue, cause Netflix is coming in loud & clear.

This was a remarkable experience, I was watching Fox, as President Trump stepped to the mike - he opened his mouth and the picture froze, and connection disappeared for about 3 hours. -- Silver Spring Md. Riderwod Village retirement community. -- In my opinion, this was intentional - what say you?

channel 846 on the stream App is not broadcasting replaces by multicolored bars. This seems to have started as esrly as June 30, 2018, It's brradcasting on TV. Only channel with this issues. Any answers??

Xfinity Streaming Beta on Roku Will not Play Recordings
Just switched from Directv to Xfinity. Day I did it had major outage. Now I cannot play recordings or on demand on my Roku Beta Streaming app. Get Error Code Tvapp 00306. Any word on a fix from Xfinity or what I shoudl do.

Authorization Status Has Changed (USA Live)
History of events:
- Stream weekly USA programming every Monday and Tuesday since beginning of year
- Stream worked flawlessly through last week
- Stream does not work last night (Monday) -- Black screen
- Stream does not work today (Tuesday) -- "Authorization Status Has Changed"
I proceed through the authentication process, and last night it directed me to a blank screen. Today I proceed through the authorization status and it gives me the aforementioned error message. Streaming works on mobile platform, but not on desktop.
I am using a Win7 64-Bit desktop PC running latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Adobe Flash (Clean installs performed). I have updated video drivers, I have cookies enabled and recently cleared, and I am not using an adblocker.
Historically I have been using the USA Network streaming application available from their website -- This is the function that is not working. I am still able to stream USA programming through xfinity stream web application with drastically reduced quality.

Unable to play back a specific something went wrong. Please try again
I have been able to record and playback a few programs. The one program I want to watch (PBS News Hour) will not playback. I'm given the error code TVAPP-00306. It looks like this is an open complaint with no explanation.
